Easy to reach

Delft is easy to reach by car via the A13 motorway from The Hague or Rotterdam. On the A13, take exit 9 (Delft) and follow the signs for ‘Centrum’.

Coming from Amsterdam, follow the A4 to The Hague. Continue to Rijswijk and follow the A13 towards Rotterdam. Take exit 9 (Delft) and follow the signs for ‘Centrum’.

When you arrive on the outskirts of the city centre, you can use one of the four (paid) parking garages by following the signs for ‘P-centrum’. From here, it only takes a few minutes to walk to the city centre.

Low Traffic City Centre

Delft’s city centre is a low-traffic area. This means that visiting cars are not allowed to enter and park within the city centre. If you need to drop off someone with limited mobility inside the city centre, you can request a day permit online. Cars entering the centre without this permit will be fined.
